Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Hollister gear, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return Online

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in the original packaging if possible, and include the return slip provided in your shipment or printed from the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Get Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
